What it does
- Rejects inbound event requests when Cloudflare reports a non-EU or non-EEA country code.
- Marks accepted events as EU-only routed for audit and delivery reporting.
- Uses an EU-region destination endpoint when a platform provides one.
- Suppresses delivery to platforms without an EU-region endpoint instead of falling back to a global API.
Supported destinations
| PLATFORM | ENDPOINT | EU-ONLY RESULT |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | https://region1.google-analytics.com | Routed in EU |
| Amazon Ads | https://advertising-api-eu.amazon.com | Routed in EU |
Suppressed destinations
These platforms do not have a configured EU-region endpoint in TrackLayer. When EU-only routing is enabled, delivery to these destinations is recorded as suppressed_eu_only.

Operational notes
EU-only routing applies to event payloads sent through TrackLayer ingestion and consumer workers. Account data, billing data, signed DPAs, and dashboard authentication remain covered by the controls in the security whitepaper and data processing agreement.
