Product Manager (Activation Workflows)
About the role
You will own activation workflows that help teams turn clean customer data into audiences, journeys, and destination-ready signals. The work sits between customer discovery, platform constraints, and fast product iteration.
What you'll do
- Define product direction for audiences, destinations, and activation workflows.
- Build tight feedback loops with customers, sales, support, design, and engineering.
- Turn ambiguous requests into crisp scopes, launch plans, and success metrics.
- Use product analytics and qualitative evidence to iterate quickly.
What we're looking for
- Product management experience in B2B SaaS, data products, or developer tools.
- Strong written communication and decision-making under ambiguity.
- Ability to reason about technical tradeoffs without disappearing into implementation.
- Customer empathy and comfort talking to operators directly.
Bonus points
- Experience with CDPs, reverse ETL, lifecycle marketing, or ad platforms.
- Background as an engineer, analyst, solutions architect, or technical founder.
Compensation
- Base: $170k-$230k
- Equity: 0.04%-0.16%
