Product Designer (Platform)
About the role
TrackLayer needs a product designer who can make technical workflows feel clear, trustworthy, and fast. You will design across diagnostics, setup, data quality, and enterprise controls.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end workflows for data operators, marketers, and engineering teams.
- Prototype dense product surfaces and validate them with customers.
- Partner with engineering on component quality, states, and implementation details.
- Build design patterns that scale across the platform.
What we're looking for
- Strong product design experience in complex B2B or technical products.
- Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, and visual craft.
- Comfort working directly with customers and product engineers.
- Ability to simplify without hiding important operational detail.
Bonus points
- Experience designing data, analytics, security, or developer tooling.
- Fluency in frontend implementation constraints.
Compensation
- Base: $150k-$210k
- Equity: 0.04%-0.15%
