Infrastructure Engineer (Data Platform)

About the role

TrackLayer's infrastructure team keeps customer data moving through secure, observable systems. You will shape the platform that supports ingestion, warehouse exports, regional routing, and enterprise controls.

What you'll do

• Operate cloud infrastructure for high-volume event processing.
• Improve CI/CD, incident response, secrets, networking, and regional resilience.
• Build internal tooling that makes product engineers faster and safer.
• Partner with security and compliance on audit-ready infrastructure practices.

What we're looking for

• Production experience with cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering.
• Strong Terraform, Kubernetes, networking, and observability fundamentals.
• Pragmatic security instincts and a bias toward simple operational models.
• Comfort owning reliability targets and production change management.

Bonus points

• Experience with multi-region SaaS, data residency, or warehouse integrations.
• Background supporting SOC 2 or ISO 27001 controls.

Compensation

• Base: $170k-$240k
• Equity: 0.05%-0.18%
