Founding Frontend Engineer

About the role

You will build the customer-facing product surfaces that make complex data pipelines understandable. This role spans dashboards, workflow builders, diagnostics, and polished product craft.

What you'll do

• Ship high-quality React and Next.js interfaces for technical and non-technical users.
• Turn event quality, identity, and destination status into clear product experiences.
• Partner with design and backend engineers from prototype through production.
• Build accessible, responsive interfaces with strong performance discipline.

What we're looking for

• Strong product engineering instincts and frontend systems experience.
• Fluency with React, TypeScript, CSS, and modern application architecture.
• Taste for dense operational tools that remain easy to scan and trust.
• Ability to work from ambiguous customer problems to shipped UI.

Bonus points

• Experience with analytics, workflow builders, data visualization, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Compensation

• Base: $180k-$250k
• Equity: 0.08%-0.25%
