Demand Generation Manager

About the role

You will build demand programs for data, marketing, and growth teams that need cleaner first-party data. This role owns campaigns, experiments, and pipeline learning across early go-to-market motion.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run campaigns across content, lifecycle, events, partner channels, and paid experiments.
  • Build reporting that connects campaign activity to qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with sales and product marketing on audience, messaging, and conversion.
  • Improve landing pages, nurture paths, and launch motions with fast iteration.

What we're looking for

  • Demand generation experience in B2B SaaS with measurable pipeline ownership.
  • Strong campaign operations, analytics, and copy judgment.
  • Comfort working without a large marketing stack or agency dependency.
  • A test-and-learn mindset grounded in customer understanding.

Bonus points

  • Experience marketing to growth, data, analytics, or engineering buyers.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and customer data platforms.

Compensation

  • Base: $130k-$180k
  • Equity: 0.02%-0.08%
